Acceptable Use Policy
This policy prohibits abusive customer campaigns, unlawful submissions, spam, phishing, sensitive-data misuse, and security interference.
Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to customer-created campaigns, respondent submissions, public quiz links, account use, integrations, and any other use of Pre-Assessment.com. Abuse reports may be sent to [email protected].
General rule
Use Pre-Assessment.com lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that respects others’ rights and the security and integrity of the service. You may not help anyone else violate this policy.
Prohibited content and campaigns
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, phishing, impersonation, or scam activity.
- Harassment, hate, threats, exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or content that promotes violence or self-harm.
- Campaigns designed to unlawfully discriminate in housing, employment, credit, education, insurance, public accommodations, or similar high-impact contexts.
- Collection of passwords, full payment card numbers, bank credentials, private keys, seed phrases, or similar secrets.
- Intentional collection of sensitive/special-category data unless a separate written agreement permits it and the customer has a lawful basis.
- Campaigns aimed at children or minors without all required consents, notices, safeguards, and written approval.
- Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
Technical abuse
- Interfering with, probing, scanning, load testing, or attacking the service without written permission.
- Bypassing access controls, rate limits, verification steps, security measures, or usage limits.
- Uploading malware or using the service to distribute malicious files, links, or payloads.
- Scraping, crawling, or automated access that harms reliability or violates product instructions.
- Using the service as a general file host, spam relay, data broker, or repository unrelated to approved assessment workflows.
Communications and consent
Customers must send messages, return links, confirmations, and follow-ups only where lawful and appropriate. Customers are responsible for honoring opt-outs, maintaining required consents, identifying themselves accurately, and complying with email, SMS, telemarketing, privacy, and consumer protection laws.
Do not use contact details collected through Pre-Assessment.com for spam, unsolicited marketing, harassment, or unrelated purposes unless you have a lawful basis and all required notices and consents.
AI-related responsibilities
Do not use AI-assisted outputs to make consequential decisions without appropriate human review, testing, and safeguards. Do not mislead people about whether content or assessment interactions are AI-generated or AI-assisted where disclosure is required or contextually important.
Customers are responsible for evaluating whether prompts, outputs, scoring, and structured lead fields are accurate, fair, and appropriate for their use case.
Enforcement
We may remove content, disable campaigns, throttle traffic, suspend accounts, block submissions, preserve evidence, notify affected parties, or report activity to authorities when we believe this policy has been violated or action is necessary to protect the service, customers, respondents, or the public.
Repeated or serious violations may result in termination without refund where permitted by law and the applicable customer agreement.
